When we hosted Students…..

We enjoyed hosting 21 students from the Khamboli block in our Rishi Gurukulam at Katarkhadak. The students made the most of their visit by trekking and basking in nature’s glory. They not only enjoyed food at our Gurukulam kitchen but also relished meditation which they found to be the food for their mind and soul. It was a fun- filled stay for these happy students who enjoyed every bit of their visit here.

The goodness of health

Every Tuesday and Friday (On going activities)

In keeping with our purpose to ensure physical, mental and emotional well being of our rural students, we offered the goodness of milk in small packets to Z.P and Aanganwadi students of Shelkewadi.

Yoga – A Journey within

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, we decided to create awareness about Yoga and Yoga Asnas among school going kids. More than 230 students availed themselves of this opportunity.

Stationery Distribution

As part of our rural development project, we took the responsibility of facilitating the learning process by distributing stationery articles to students of 9 ZP schools. We are grateful to the ZP schools of Andhle , Katarkhdak, Khamboli, Pimpololi , Shealekewadi, Gavarwadi, Jawal, Kemasewadi and Rasalwadi for giving us an opportunity to bring smiles to the young faces.

Dental check-up camp

A step forward towards a healthy India. To ensure that our rural kids keep spreading smiles with their healthy pearly whites, we conducted a dental check-up camp on 14 th October,2022 for 150 students of Khamboli and Katarkhadak village schools.

HEALTH PACKED WITH LOVE

Flavoured milk and protein ladoos brought smiles to 460 faces of kids from ZP schools and Aganwadi. We love bringing these goodies wrapped in love to our rural angels as they reciprocate it with happiness that makes our day.

CHALKBOARD AND SLATE PENCIL DISTRIBUTION

The kids of Anganwadi in the Khamboli block took their first step towards educating themselves with slate pencils and chalkboard in hand and enthusiasm in their spirited hearts. We were more than happy to offer these stationery goods to help them write their future. Along with this, protein food and flavoured milk offered to them also added to their joy.

STRETCH…RELAX…REPLENISH

We decided to inspire our rural school goers to embrace life the healthy way by organising a yoga session on 21st June, International Yoga Day. 250 students of Khamboli and Katarkhadak schools practised stretching, breathing exercises, meditation,asanas and much more. HERE Solutions extended their support yet again to help us reach out to children and  spread knowledge about yoga.

STATIONERY DISTRIBUTION

We took an initiative to encourage our rural kids to create their future by gifting stationery material. 281 students of 9 rural schools benefitted from this generous gesture of HERE Solutions who partnered with us in distributing a compass box,single line and double line notebooks along with four line and square notebooks.
